infoDART System Tray Icon

Description

When the application is running, the infoDART icon is visible in the Windows system tray. Double clicking the infoDART system tray icon displays the infoDART Search-Bar. Right clicking the system tray icon displays the application's pop-up menu that contains menu items to configure or exit the application (see "Pop-Up Menu Description" below).

A notification window is displayed next to the system tray icon when the Search-Bar is started or hidden to remind users that the application is actively running and that the Hot-Key is ready. This message can be suppressed by setting an option within the application's configuration dialog.

The menu below can be displayed by right-clicking the system tray icon or right-clicking the infoDART Search-Bar.

System Tray Icon Menu Items
Document Number	Sets the default action of the Hot-Key to run Drawing or MilSpec queries.
NSN/NIIN	Sets the default action of the Hot-Key to run NSN or NIIN queries.
Part Number	Sets the default action of the Hot-Key to run Part Number queries.
CAGE	Sets the default action of the Hot-Key to run CAGE code queries.
Vendor Name	Sets the default action of the Hot-Key to run vendor name queries.
Navy APL/RIC	Sets the default action of the Hot-Key  to run Navy APL/RIC queries.
Show Menu	Displays a smaller menu over the text highlighted within other applications when the Hot-Key is pressed.
Show Search Bar	Displays the Search-Bar if it is hidden.
Hide Search-Bar	Hides the Search-Bar if it is already visible.
Configuration	Displays the application's configuration dialog
Help	Displays the application help file.
About	Displays general information (Revision, Revision Date, etc) about the application.
Exit	Closes the application and disables the Hot-Key capability.
